We are looking for

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for our customers to understand their needs and deal with any concerns.

 

As one of our Account Managers, your focus will be on providing a high level of service to our customers.  You will manage a portfolio of accounts, placing customer engagement and satisfaction at the heart of everything you do, recommending value-add actions to support retention, whilst identifying and converting opportunities to upsell so that our customers use the full range of modules within our market leading product.  

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and be first point of contact for a designated portfolio of existing Medisoft customers.
  • Build an account plan for all major customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to sell modules, interfaces, and other features to existing customers.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as required.
  • Drive continual progress and software adoption. Be an advocate of mediSIGHT and recommend how customer processes can be improved using the mediSIGHT system.
  • Manage customer escalations ensuring timely resolution to all issues raised
  • Co-ordinate and deliver service reviews for all NHS/major customers at least once a year.
  • Ensure all customers are aware of and engaged with the migration programme.
  • Review all accounts to ensure all customers have an up-to-date Support Contract.   Where an up-to-date contract is not in place, proactively start discussions with the customer and gain signature.
  • Train customers on use of Medisoft’s’ systems including supporting the ‘go live’ of any customer where required.

Your qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

First and fore-most you will have a deep passion to make a difference to patients and improving care in the NHS and Private sector across the UK and Ireland.

 

You will be someone who is competent and excels in showcasing a best in class Account Management skillset, is motivated and has a passion for delivering great outcomes for our business and its customers. You will intuitively put the client at the heart of your approach. 

 

This is a customer-centric role that requires excellent organisation and presentation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

 

You will be supported by your line manager; however you will need to be proficient in your capability to manage your own workload and will be trusted to do so, asking for help, and working together across projects when needed.

Package:

  • £40,000 per annum 
  • Pension contribution scheme (matched up to 5%)
