Implementation Project Manager

We are looking for

You are an effective communicator, highly organised and interested in healthcare, medicine and perhaps ophthalmology in particular. You have the ability to work both independently and alongside internal teams to deliver Medisoft’s products to customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver mediSIGHT implementations and migrations.
  • Analyse and document existing and projected care pathways within ophthalmology departments.
  • Drive continual progress and software adoption during projects.
  • Understand Medisoft’s technical requirements and deployment options.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of electronic working to customers.
  • Develop full working knowledge of mediSIGHT modules in order to configure the system, train users and provide support.
  • Installation and testing of ophthalmic device interfaces with mediSIGHT
  • Recommend how customer processes can be improved through the use of the mediSIGHT system.
  • Liaise with Medisoft technical staff to plan installation and integration with other 3rd party hospital systems.
  • Provide a weekly report of project progress to Implementation Team Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Feedback appropriate customer requirements, product issues and change requests via line manager to head office.
  • Produce and maintain all project documentation in line with business processes and agreed tools / systems such as Teamwork and CRM.
  • Ensure customer implementations and migrations get signed off Acceptance Certificates.
  • Develop strong relationships with all members of a project team.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure their responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Cultivate relationships such that happy and effective customers are willing to become reference sites for Medisoft.

Your qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • Experience of working in a Healthcare / science background, or an understanding of it.
  • Ability to work alone and manage own deliverables.
  • Commercial awareness

We don’t expect specific knowledge of ophthalmology, but we’re looking for a quick learner who is genuinely excited about our product, our market, and how we can improve the practice of specialist eye care.  Personal development is a priority for Medisoft, and we would encourage software analysts looking to gain wider exposure to the test lifecycle and develop their management skills.

Salary:  £38,000.00 pa
